Refund policy

My Root Therapy is happy to provide a subscription layaway option to accommodate any of our quality made hair care kits. As an added bonus for you subscription plan, shipping is free. For your ordering convenience, we offer a 60 day subscription plan. The total price of the kit, is divided into (2) equal 30 day payments. Payments must be made every 30 days, according to scheduled payment installment on or before the due date. There is no penalty for early payoff and you are certainly welcome to do so. Once the full payment has been received for your kit it will be shipped to you within three business days. Payment cycle renews automatically every 60 days so you'll never run out of products again. We process your payments via Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and PayPal. Cancel anytime! Subscription payments are refundable minus a 5% processing fee. By purchasing, you are agreeing to our Subscription Layaway terms as listed above.
